APARTMENTS


What is included in the price?
Everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. All taxes, cleaning fees, bed sheets, linens, towels and all utensils you find are included in the price.

How can I check in?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Guests can check-in starting at 15:00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night. We try to get the apartments ready for you as quickly as possible.
Guests who arrive after 22pm are considered late arrivals, and an extra 350 CZK or 15 EUR charge is applicable. Special conditions may apply. Please contact our office for more information.

Is breakfast provided?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide guests with breakfast. Our apartments have fully equipped kitchens and are located in areas rich in restaurants and cafés.

Is there an elevator in the building?
Since the vast majority of our apartments are located in old, historic buildings, very few of them are fitted with elevators. If you are unable to climb stairs, we can find a ground floor or first floor apartment for you.

Is my apartment located in the centre?
Yes, all our apartments are located in the city center.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Of course. Please be aware, however, that you will be charged if your pet causes any damage to the apartment or the building.

How many people can stay in the apartment?
Studio apartments: 2-3
One-bedroom apartments: 2-4
Two-bedroom apartments: 4-6
Large apartments: 6-8

Can you take us to the apartment?
We offer an excellent transport service from the airport. It costs 550 CZK (aprox. 25 EUR) for up to four people and 700 Czk for up to 8 people. Please see the section AIRPORT TRANSPORT.

How will I get around in Prague?

In what language can I send you my request?
Our friendly colleagues are ready to communicate whith you in English, German, Spanish, French and Czech languages

How do I make the reservation?
It’s easy – please just complete the reservation form on our website. You may also reserve your flat via e-mail or phone. We will immediately check whether the hotel has available room for you and inform you within 4-12 hours. If the apartment is available you can just guarantee the price of the accommodation by credit card and pay at arrival in cash. Another possibility is that you pay via Paypal your whole stay or just the price of one night and then the rest after your arrival.

What does credit card guarantee mean and how can I do it?
In this case we do not charge your credit card at all. For the credit card guarantee reservation we will need your credit card details (name, number, expiry and CVC code - it is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card. Your credit card details are for securing your reservation only. You will pay after your arrival. This method is used for guarantee of the payment.

How can I pay for the booked services?
You can pay in advance by credit card via Paypal service. Or you can just guarantee the price of the accommodation by credit card and pay at arrival in cash.

What confirmation will I get of the payment?
As soon as we receive the Paypal payment or your credit card details we will make a final reservation and send you the Voucher. This voucher is the proof of the reservation and the payment and has to be shown after your arrival at check-in. It includes your name, date of arrival and departure, name of the apartment, and the services that have to be provided, address and contact number to us.

In which currencies can I pay?
In case of Paypal payment you can pay in EUR only, payment in cash at arrival you may pay in EUR, USD, CZK

Can I pay for the booked services over the Internet?
Yes, you can either use our form via Paypal, or if it is more suitable for you we can send you the money request via email.

Are my credit card details treated safely if I complete the Online Booking Form?
Yes, in case you complete the booking form on our web site, you fill in a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) form, this way the communication between you and our server will be encoded. That means that no one else can read these information but our agency.

Do I get automatically invoice from you?
As most of our clients are tourist, they usually do not ask for invoice. So in case you need one we are happy to send it to you, just please ask for it in advance.

What if I have a reservation for Apartment and I arrive after 22h?
There is no problem to arrange late check-in. This additional service costs 350,-CZK or 15 EUR.

When do I pay for the transport service?
The transfer should be paid directly to the driver at arrival, in cash (CZK, EUR).

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please notice that we need to have the cancellation in written form. The cancellation conditions depend on the accommodation provider, but usually if you cancel the reservation two weeks or more ahead it´s free of charge. Within two weeks the cancellation fee is the price of the first night or the same day the whole amount.

Do I get special price if I book one of your apartments for longer term or ask for accommodation for a group?
Yes, we are ready to provide you significant discounts in these cases, just send us your request and we will send you our best offer.

Would I get any discount for early reservation?
Yes, we are ready to offer you 5 % discount for first minute reservation (3 months or earlier before your stay).

How can I get from the airport to the chosen apartment?
We are happy to offer you our transfer service. If you book it, our driver will wait for you at the arrival hall with a paper board in his hands with your name on it.

We offer an excellent transport service from the airport. It costs 550 CZK (aprox. 25 EUR) for up to 4 people or 700 Czk (aprox. 30 EUR) for up to 8 people. The transport is provided by air-conditioned cars (Skoda Superb, Mercedes E, VW Multivan or similar).  

How to meet the driver?
Our driver will pick you up in the arrival hall at the airport. Our driver will have a paper board with your name on it.

How to meet the driver on the departure?
Our driver will pick you up in front of the apartment house.
