Description
Renovated 1 bedroom apartment (57 sqm) is located in a historical building in Prague - Old Town. You can find it right between Charles Bridge, National Theatre and Wenceslas Square. All the most beautiful historical monuments of Prague are within walking distance.
The fully equipped apartment can provide comfort to up to 5 persons. The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom with living area, separated kitchen with dinning table and chairs, bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and hall. Complete renovation of this bright modern apartment in 4th floor (no elevator) was finished in 2009. In bedroom are two double beds, wardrobe, chest, work-desk with padded chair, in the living area is one double sofabed, TV, coffee table, and design armchair. Kitchen is equipped with cooking-stove, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery and dining bar.
The apartment is also equipped with TV, satellite, CD player and Free Wi-Fi internet access.
Many restaurants, cafés and bakeries, in which you can sample Czech and international cuisine are located in this area, as well as numerous tourist sites and charming craft shops.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (1 night on request). From 20th Dec 2012 to 6th Jan 2013 (Christmas and New Year) the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Location
Right in the city centre. You can find the apartment right between Charles Bridge, National Theatre and Wenceslas Square. All the most beautiful historical monuments of Prague are within walking distance.
The apartment is in Karoliny Svetle No. 3 street, which leads to Charles Bridge (few minutes walk). National Theatre and Wenceslas Square are 2 minutes walk. There is a small supermarket on the ground-floor of the house. The apartment is located in the place where the Velvet Revolution and new period of Czech history after the fall of Communism began.

How to get there
Tram stops Narodni trida and Narodni divadlo are within 150 metres from the apartment. Metro stops are also close: Narodni trida (line B) is 150 metres from the apartment and Mustek (line A) is 250 metres from the apartment.
Important Informations
On the Check-in:
All guests are obliged to submit photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on the booking and have to sign the accommodation agreement.
We are entitled to require a security deposit of 150 EUR at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
On the Check-out:
Late check-out possible only if agreed in advance.
Price:
All taxes, cleaning fees, bed sheets, linens, towels and all utensils you find are included in the price.
Hotel Policies
Minimum stay: 2 nights (1 night on request). From 20th Dec 2013 to 6th Jan 2014 (Christmas and New Year) the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00 hours (additional service costs for later arrivals is 350,-CZK or 15 EUR). The latest possible check-in is at 1am.
Check-Out: 07:00 - 11:00 hours
Cancellation: Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date ( local time ) are for free. Later we have to charge the first night as a cancellation fee. In case of a No-Show the whole stay will be charged!
The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
Child policy: Children between the age of 0 and 10 years can stay for free in the room of the parents. Children undre the age of 15 years will get a 5 EUR discount on the extra bed.
The apartment provider is entitled to require a returnable security deposit of 150 EUR at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee a payment of any incidental charges.

Booking procedure

Payment
You can pay using your credit card (we use 3D secured online payment system) or you can pay using the PayPal.
After the online payment is succesfully authorised you will recieve the confirmation of the reservation to your e-mail box.
